Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Log ATP mobile application (the "App") provided by Log ATP ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Log ATP is a personal flight logbook application designed for pilots. You may use the App to record, track, and manage your flight data for personal and professional reference.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Free & Pro Plans

The App offers a free tier with core logbook features and a paid "Pro" subscription with additional features including automatic flight enrichment, real flight tracks, push notifications, and currency tracking.

Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

We reserve the right to modify pricing and features with reasonable notice. Changes to pricing will not affect active subscription periods.

4. Flight Data & Accuracy

Log ATP provides flight data enrichment using third-party aviation data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that enriched data (including OOOI times, aircraft information, gate assignments, or flight tracks) is complete, accurate, or error-free.

Log ATP is a personal logbook tool and is not a certified or approved replacement for any official flight records required by the FAA, your airline, or any aviation authority. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your logbook entries and complying with all applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Enrichment data may not be available for all flight types, including but not limited to general aviation, cargo, charter, military, and private flights.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all flight data you enter into the App. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the App's services.

You may export your complete logbook data as a CSV file at any time. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding your user data), is owned by Log ATP and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Log ATP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from reliance on flight data provided by the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated means to access the App or collect data from it
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
