When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Apple, we receive the identifiers Apple provides.

Flight Data

We store the flight log entries you create, including flight numbers, dates, airports, times, crew members, aircraft information, and any notes you add. This data is essential for the core logbook functionality.

Device Information

We may collect device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and push notification tokens to deliver app updates and notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's logbook functionality
• Sync your data across your devices via our cloud service
• Enrich your flight records with data from aviation data providers (Pro feature)
• Send push notifications about your flights (Pro feature)
• Provide customer support
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the App (aggregated, anonymized data only)

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and implement appropriate access controls to protect your information. Flight data is stored in a database hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure providers.

Files such as flight track data are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We use third-party services for hosting, analytics, email delivery, and aviation data enrichment. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

• Export your complete flight logbook as a CSV file
• Correct inaccurate data by editing your flight records
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us

6. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services including Apple (authentication, push notifications, in-app purchases), analytics providers, and aviation data providers. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information. We encourage you to review their policies.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
